However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
When you submit an order through our platform: • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability • Production times vary by product and are estimates only • Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or product unavailability.

8. Pricing and Payment
Product base costs are set by Printway and are subject to change. You set your own retail prices and profit margins. Prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods as displayed on our platform. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your sales. We may collect and remit taxes where required by law.
9. Returns and Refunds

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printway and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: • Your use of our Services • Your Content • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any products you sell using our Services
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination: • Your right to use our Services will immediately cease • We may delete your account and all associated data • Any pending orders may be cancelled • We are not liable for any losses resulting from termination You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
